At 4Gon Solutions, monthly Ubiquiti Wireless Admin (UWA) training courses were delivered in-house by our Ubiquiti specialist, Russell King. These courses offered valuable technical training to IT professionals and partners, and it was important that we raised awareness and maintained engagement around each session.
I was responsible for promoting these courses through our social media channels. My role included planning and publishing pre-course posts to raise awareness and encourage bookings for upcoming sessions. After each course, I created and scheduled follow-up posts featuring photos captured by Russell and another attending account manager. These updates helped showcase the success and hands-on nature of the training.
While LinkedIn was the primary platform due to its professional audience, I also ensured each post was adapted and shared across Facebook and Twitter (X) to maximise reach and engagement.
